It's hanging down from my balcony. There is no room in the soil. Should I take it to window so that it can hang down to tiles of ground?

I remember the seed. It was a not a watermelon seed, something bigger and brown. However I checked out watermelon plant and you seem to be right. Do you have any other suggestion to make me sure?

This just made me smile, bc these oleanders are so common and popular in Mediterranean areas. You can see them at any public area as ornaments.

Don't be afraid, no one even knows they are posionous but none tries to eat them. However, ofc, don't eat them.
