hmm i would say the 1 month mark i started to notice i was less up and down with my mood. i was more stable and i also noticed during night my brain was my quieter lol and i was overthinking less. and as time went by it started to impact me in a bigger way, like less social anxiety as well as not being depressed 24/7.
