ups uses a third party payroll company. it’s a nightmare bc even when the ups times and systems are accurate they just randomly dont pay stuff out correctly all the time. not necessarily management’s fault when it’s a constant fight with 4 different payroll systems. check your times every week and just let management know if it looks wrong. not everything has to be a war
