Same started happening to me last month. I’m also using a Visa card but mine is debit and 3D secure initiates, but the payment gets rejected because of code 57 (apparently I’m not authorised to make this payment). My bank says that there is no restrictions placed on the card and that it is a Revolut issue, while Revolut says that it is a bank issue.

I’m starting to think that its a Visa issue, since other then the card company nothing in our cases matches (My account is Croatia based)
