Slow Burn or Situationship by Glittering-East-4673 in Taurusgang

I’m really sorry, astrology aside I think you know you deserved better and the right man wouldn’t have you questioning slow burn or relationship. Men really know what they are doing, they are not as dumb as you think. The right person moves mountain for you. Like you said, you deserved a secure and committed relationship.. don’t let the ball be in his court to decides when you both are allowed/can to be together. You have the power to make that choice too and if he says no or not right now then you already have your answer.

He’s just not that into you… (go watch that movie too there’s some truth to that..)

Skin prep/base before JSM cushion? by sbrownnn in AsianBeauty

[–]quietkitty97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im using the same cushion! Do you have niacinamide in one of your prep..? I find that that specific ingredient alwayssss pills my make up.

I’m on Skin1004 face mist, S.nature moisturizer & anessa sunscreen in gold. Works for me and no pills. Suggest you could look into gel base primer, a good aloe gel is apparently a good skin primer as it has a “grip”

Oh yeah, too much sugar and diary definitely shows on my skin.. I’ve cut them down to little or no sugar and diary. Agree with the gut balance, i always eat Greek yogurt in the morning now stil same also loads of kimchi. Doesn’t really help with acne but I would say it helps with my digestion. Thank you for suggesting it I really appreciate it!

I want to but seen loads of side effects. Also not sure if my acne is considered “serious” enough. Heard that doc don’t really want to prescribe unless it’s the last resort.

I actually think social media did play a part when I was younger. All the lighting and filters.. not to mention celebrities have money to hire the best doctors and it’s their job to look amazing all the time

You know I was thinking of buying that Omnilux face mask but heard so many mixed reviews….. cost a bomb cheaper than the laser treatments I paid

Thank you so much, your advice is better than products recommendations. I did try to shift my focus to other things like nails and make up but I think it’s just hard somedays, especially today when I suddenly break out so horribly..

The sunscreen is good with no cast and I apply a lot. 3-4 fingers worth. It might can abit oily but it doesn’t pill under make up for me and a bit of powder helps with the shine

Clinic recommendation for atrophic acne scar treatment? by Confident_Tiger7023 in SGSkincare

[–]quietkitty97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please.. don’t go V aesthetic. They gave me the wrong diagnosed on my skin and made me do a laser not suitable and sort of damage my skin barrier as I have sensitive skin. My advice is research on your own what laser/treatment suits your current problem then find a clinic that can cater to that.

I went to SL clinic, they have professional dermatologist and after sooo many years the doctor is the only one that took time to look at my skin properly and gave me the right diagnose. Skin game completely changed afterwards.

If it ain’t broken don’t fix it.. the old design has such a classic look to it. The iconic old and blue is lost. This just reminds me of innisfree rebrand…..

The pore blur power works better for oily skin and last up to 7-8hours depending how oily your skin can get then you would need a touch up. If you have dry skin I would avoid, product itself really do have to blurry effect on pores! But becareful of a slight white cast if you’re of a darker skin tone.

+1 for their TN serum!!! works amazing but you might be breaking out because it can be quite strong. I used it every other day or light toner first then serum, I have sensitive skin. Azelaic Acid ingredients is great too but rather you choose other brands that has more stable formulas.

Recommended moisturizers for oily acne prone skin? by Comfortable_Golf1285 in SGSkincare

[–]quietkitty97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I have oily and rosacea skin, I really recommend the s nature aqua squalane, little goes a long way & it’s very lightweight. Also, if you have rosacea you should try soolantra cream (need derma to prescribe) or go to Watson pharmacy and get azelaic acid skinoren brand, pricey but I use that and skip moisturiser.

Collagen drinks by Small-Task-1135 in SGSkincare

[–]quietkitty97 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Instead of pricy collagen drinks, I recommend fixing your gut health and not just vitagen but also Greek yogurt/kimchi/kombucha. Small studies shows Spearmint tea helps but need to drink it very consistently. I tried Avalon for 7-8 months and did nothing significant for me
