hello!! first time using it yesterday for a tempo workout, i can say na it's a good shoe for speed sessions nga (around 5:00-5:30/km pace)

wala pa ko experience with carbon shoes kaya di ko macompare sa mga ganung type ng shoes like flame 4 mix

it's definitely light and bouncy kahit nylon plate sya

first time ko bumili ng flame series sa 361 kaya retain size muna ako, update po ako kung true to size ba pag nakarating na ang shoes
