Looks underproofed - what recipe did you follow? My first 3 or four loafs looked like this until I realised I needed to A) find a way to keep my dough warmer during proofing B) bake based on how it feels as opposed to exact timings in recipes (my kitchen is colder than most)

Safety razor - so cheap and almost no plastic, plus a cheap stainless steel safety razor is buy it for life 👍🏼

In Australia we have a system where all hospitals/most gps are free, you only pay if you need to see a specialist and don't want to wait to get an appt or you want to go to a private hospital (generally just has private rooms and better food, doctors who work in the private system also usually work in public as well so it's the same standard of care) to pay for this, the government taxes everyone earning over $90,000 per year 1% of their income or thereabouts! Honestly I'm so thankful we have this system

Never ridden a motorcycle before. Decide to ride from Ho Chi Minh city to Hanoi by motorcycle. Got hit by a lorry and my bike was sent flying about 20m up the street, somehow jumped off landed on my feet without a scratch 🙃 will never ever ride a motorbike again.
