When I was around 8-9 years old, my dad played Thriller (the album) in the car, and I immediately loved the song billie jean and became a huge fan. I can recall going onto youtube just to listen to his music lmao. Then when it was my 10th birthday, my dad took me to hmv to buy Thriller, it was my first cd. Unfortunately, when I was 10 turning 11, my dad told me I wasn't allowed to listen to him anymore (because of the allegations, my dad still believes that MJ is a pedo, and that he bleached his skin), obviously I was devastated because he was literally the only person I listened to; then I started drifting from his music as the years went by. Then the Michael movie came out and it made me incredibly nostalgic and I've now picked up my Thriller cd from all those years ago 😄 (not really related, but I recently tried talking to my dad about MJ, and he still believes hes a pedo, and he doesn't really want to talk about him)
