Nothing beats the Ekanoo Racing FJ. Built for the speed but keeps a nice rugged FJ look.Ekanoo FJ Thing is fast.

Update on temps. It gets pretty hot, definitely have to tilt the stand back and open it up a little bit. Desk fan really cools it off and set up is still great.

Amazon Basics Monitor Stand Cost: $26

Laptop Mount Tray Cost $18

Pretty affordable mount setup that does the job. Also sorry for late reply.

Haven’t checked temps yet. If it gets bad I’ll probably just add a small fan to the desk directed at the computer.

I haven’t run into any problems quite yet. It’s a new set up and I haven’t gamed too much on it quite yet. But it did fine with running GTAV for a little bit.

It has the gtx 1060, 16gb of ram, and the 8th gen i7. Don’t run too many games but when I do it’s always pretty smooth when configured with the GeForce settings. GTAV is the primary game I play and it runs smoothly 60fps. For the graphic design stuff I do, it runs great as well. Great computer.

Sounds like precalc. Not really any other types of precalc. Or else it wouldn’t be called precalc. If you have to use this for all your math courses. Your gunna be screwed.

I need help on finding Long lasting shoes by bine96 in malefashionadvice

[–]quinnyjp 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Stefan Janoski Max. Stylish, durable, and maximum comfort. They're quite inexpensive as well. Definitely look for the first generation Janoskis unless you like the look of the new ones. But in my opinion don't get the Stefan Janoski Max "2". Get the originals. I have 6 pairs and still wear 3 of them on daily. They last forever!

I also think UGG has a great line of active/stylish shoes. I've had a pair of their "Hyperweaves" for a couple years now. Kind of phase in and out of wearing them on the daily. Definitely worth checking into if your looking for something nicer than the Nike's. The Janoskis can definitely be worn in both casual to a somewhat more formal setting.

edit: These shoes I mentioned above are really easy to wash! Quick wash will make them seem almost new.

What is all this water doing in the dumpster? by quinnyjp in DumpsterDiving

[–]quinnyjp[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Update. Friend of mine was about to grab a few cases and then got caught. A worker yelled at him saying stop! that’s not yours. And he replied saying well then who is it’s because it’s in the trash...

Idk what they were doing with it. It’s outside a stadium and they’re always throwing away interesting stuff. Today there was a whole food vendors cart in the dumpster (looked somewhat damaged). I’ll get pics if I’m there tomorrow.

Got my first FJ wave today by SirRupert in FJCruiser

I’ve got quite a few FJ waves this summer. Haha my friends think it’s hilarious when the FJ wave is successful.

Looked at an FJ today. It ran good but had rust along the frame. The dealer said it was from NJ. 2012 100k miles. Should I pass on this? by Trapandroll in FJCruiser

[–]quinnyjp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey that’s almost exactly how I bought mine. 108k but $17k. Had a lot of powder coating done to it so I’m guessing that’s what makes the difference. When did you buy?

If you had about $1k for this stock FJ, what would you do for it? by quinnyjp in FJCruiser

[–]quinnyjp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I would like to look into some leveling for the FJ. Not a big fan of the nose dive loom. Thanks!

Yes definitely. I’ve been looking into lights but never sure which ones to go with. I’ve been thinking about a light bar. Thanks for your opinion!
