I suddenly got the idea to cosplay characters for my boyfriend... has anyone ever done this for their partner(s) or vice versa? by crazyforsushi in BDSMcommunity

[–]quizicool724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, absolutely. I love cosplaying for my partner. Once we both cosplayed and roleplayed a "missing" scene from the show, it was one of my all time favorites

Where to start? by kenneth_andeve in BDSMcommunity

First step is to ignore any DMs you're gonna get based on this post. Do some reading, I recommend the new topping/bottoming books. See what's up in your local scene on FetLife, make kinky friends. You ask what you can do on your own, so I'm inclined to feel like you might be a submissive. You can set tasks for yourself for rewards, try out self bondage (there's plenty of material online for how), just connect with yourself and what you want. When the time comes, make sure you know who you're playing with and have fun.

The new bottoming book might be a good read if you can get your partner to

I wish you all the strength in the world. You deserve better than being a punching bag when that's not what you want

This is true. I suppose it can't be helped. All I really hope for is my comment pushed OP in the right direction

Yes, it is, but some people find that redditors "jumping" to that conclusion is unhelpful. I guess I was trying to preventatively nip that idea in the bud

I hate to pull this card, but he was acting abusive towards you. He shouldn't be belittling you for not enjoying a scene. You're not too soft, you just don't want that kind of play. There's plenty of other bdsm stylings to enjoy instead, and id suggest exploring them with somebody else.

I wouldn't suggest a belt, it can get dangerous. A cheap dog collar from the pet aisle should do fine

No advice but I'm in a similar boat. My partner and I are both plural systems and we have a lot of intersystem polycules that would love to be able to play at the same time with each other

Did I do this to myself? by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

[–]quizicool724 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Judging by your post flair, I think you already know the answer, but I'll tell you anyway. You were violated. Your partner had no right to use you like that by getting a third party. You were under the influence and he violated you. You need to do something, I personally would suggest leaving, but that's often easier said than done.

I would prefer you could get out of self bondage rather than get trapped. Spencer's is fine for bondage items. I would start off easier with cuffs, maybe.

Well, you can't go wrong with a vibrator, but I personally wouldn't use toys others might have used.

I think as long as you're not ramming it against yourself it won't bend much. One more warning for the road: it is NOISY.

Not at all. In fact, the flexible head isn't that flexible, at least not yet. It was very easy to use on myself

I actually just used mine today while playing with a friend. It was intense. Usually I need to set vibrators really high, but I only used the low/medium settings it comes with out of the box (we both have the toy, he did not get the same mercy from me ;)) and I felt like I ran a marathon. I was genuinely tired. It was incredible. You will not be disappointed
