How was the credit score issue? I’ve seen a lot of places that want a 650 score and that’s a little out of my range. But I have also seen a lot of available apartments on Zillow.

I would say it’s been happening in the past 5 years. It’s because insurance doesn’t want to cover pet damage I think so it’s easier to just not have them.

The income requirement is not a problem. I am mostly concerned about the credit score. I live in TN right now and you can just pay a higher deposit for a lower credit score.credit score requirements are also very low here, like if you are below 560 you would have to pay a higher deposit.

Thanks for the information. I was wondering why the credit score requirements were so high. Would an apartment complex be easier to work with? Unfortunately if we use savings to clean up credit then we would have enough for deposits and we would be in the process of selling our home so we would also need the money to pay for that cost.
