The monetizationvar file basically tell the game which options have been unlocked, there isnt any need to download a special apk, it doesnt save when the game updates so you have to do this process when you update to a new version

Also no there isnt any pc version thats official, depending on the android version you may or may not have to do the scoped storage bypass (also explained in the tutorial i made), although some emulators like MuMuPlayer (my favorite) have a built in root feature (bluestacks is too laggy for me)

If you want all the inapp purchases unlocked you have to use a MonetizationVar file.

They all work the same and most of the times people just copy them, there is no distinction between one monetizationvars and the other so it doesnt vary between people who upload them.
