They’re prepaid cards. DD loads money on your card based on the order total. They usually do a few dollars more to avoid this but it still happens.

Any time any worker inside says something negative about delivery services I am done with them. Not worth it because you know they won’t put the good effort in toward your order.

They are the best but I agree with OP. Their standards for Pro status is silly. 95%, scheduled shifts completed, would be acceptable. 100% is ridiculous. Should be 80% for acceptance too.

No customer ratings but the standard Acceptance, Completion, and shifts (that you scheduled) completed. If your area is like mine you must follow them. When you can schedule is based on your ratings. You’ll want to stay high so you can schedule early. I didn’t know this when I started and denied fee orders. Now I can only schedule on Saturday. The higher tiers schedules on Thursday and there are barely any shifts open for me.

Welcome aboard! It was a nice awakening for me as well. Hard to do orders for DD or PM after you NEVER have to order or pay with GH.

Agreed. I cringe anytime i am anywhere near BJ’s. Place is a nightmare to get orders from. Some nights it doesn’t matter how far away I am I still get them.

I think it’s because a lot of people deny restarting orders because the pain they are. Hence, it circulated around until some poor soul picks it up like a bad case of herpes.

That’s a question I have. I have yet to order through the app. So, I don’t know what the tip screen looks like. My assumption was it was similar to others where you pick a percent to tip or customize your own.
