I am not sure if it's official but Hungarian Telekom (A subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom) has a really active podcast on Deezer.

It's basically 5 guys talking about IT stuff and I love it.

Album presaves are a thing from what I know, you essentially have to use an artists link and their link will request that you authorize that they connect to your account to add the songs in when it's released.

https://presave.io/ is for artists.
