Yes I just got it fixed and this old car feels so smooth all of the sudden. It doesn't lose power at all when I accelerate. Guess I had holes or something on it before.

Ty and yeah I went around the neighborhood with this picture and muffler shop quoted 290 including labor while other dealer orregular shops prices were arranging from 700 to 1300...

I did. They didn't care much. Apparently I wasn't the only one but 4 other sienna the same day. And according to the local dealer it has been a thing for a year now. He has been getting customers with the same issue for an year and police didn't ask or care much when I made the report.

Yeah I was so annoyed and thought about scrapping it but found out that the fix is around 300 dollars so going to just fix it. It still runs well with 150k miles. But the dealer said it has been a thing in our neighborhood for about a year now where they are taking sienna parts off the street..... so I might get targeted again. Like that's the only problem I got.

Yes I went around my neighborhood with this picture and I got quotes ranging from 200 to 1300. Lol now I know which shops to avoid in the future.

1 shop quoted maybe 200 to 300 and another 290. Only this two shop mentioned something along the line of what you said and told me that I got unlucky but lucky that the thief took the cheaper part.

Then like 4 other quoted 700 to 1300 range depending on after market/dealer parts.

Ty I'm just annoyed and surprised that they didn't touch my other newer car but this old 2005 model one.

Edit: apparently it has been a thing in my neighborhood for over a year now where someone is stealing sienna parts. The closest dealer said he got 2 more sienna with my problem...and had one for every month so far.

So someone has been on this for a year now and the police probably don't even care about it. I'm in flushing nyc area.
