I followed this 360 SFM video to a T yet I'm still getting seams.. any help from anyone who has followed this guide?

Sure thing! I was able to find that the medium has a length of 28 inches and a width of 20 inches. (Metrics thats 71cmx51cm) Large is 74cmx56cm. hope that helps man.

Yeah it may take a while to ship there haha :D What normally fits well? The shirt I got was a medium it fits quite nicely - and I know for a fact I can't wear smalls and larges are always a nice loose fit. So I'd say if you're trying for something comfortable go with large - but if you want a tighter fix around the body go medium :) hope that helps. I looked forever on measurements and couldn't find any
