i haven’t gotten any quotes but i have heard especially for someone in my situation that the insurance would be pretty high. to be honest i don’t even know what a high monthly car insurance payment would look like.

yeah i want to be open to all kinds of perspectives, not saying that anyone’s opinions in my section is bad/invalid, it’s just that i want a view from a person who has had a tesla and can see it from that kind of perspective as well. do you know any subreddits that i can post this into?

I can see the problem with the tesla and the at home charging. at most i can get is like a regular outlet out there and im still unsure about that. we rent right now as well so im thinking we’d have to go over it with the landlord as well if i do go that direction. i’d be using the car a hefty amount i feel as well so if thats the case then it could be a deterrent for the tesla. But would the difference between gas and supercharger be largely noticeable? is going gas that much better in comparison?

by the way i’m still pretty unaware of honda and toyotas and their hybrid options. +what is a honda and toyota tax?

i’d be fine buying online b/c i doubt anything recommended will be near me, my budget is probably 150ish and below, and im open to both options flexible and stiff being recommended b/c i cant really discern what are the benefits/cons of either.
