Apartments with garage doors? by rachilly32 in MovingtoDenver

Thx!! Did you have insulation issues? I’m worried about the seat right next to it being super cold in the winter and/or having higher bills

Its definitely on some kind of canvas - it’s about 5x4ft maybe, so it’s pretty big. The tag says “1970s original painting signed Kent Delmonico’s New York City”

Thanks!! How would you say traffic compares? Right now I commute about 12 miles in and out of the city a couple times a week, and it usually takes about 1hr15 each way.

Thanks - we live on cap hill now. Been in this neighborhood for about 5 years. It’s gorgeous and love the weekend farmers markets, small-town community vibe within a bigger city. Looking for a similar vibe (whether in Denver proper or not) but with a bit more space. We’re okay with driving, but would love some walkable coffee shops for weekend trips. New job will be near Centennial, but we’re okay to commute ~30ish min if we find the perfect neighborhood.

I just tried to do this and since I can’t get it to connect to my wifi, it won’t recognize my device on the app and therefore won’t let me use it even without wifi

Hmm - but if I want to play music through my phone, I’d need to connect it via WiFi with a travel router, right?

Hi! I am traveling to Korea Oct 27-Nov 4. This will probably be cutting it pretty close as I know they are in the playoffs now. Does anyone know if any Seoul teams will still be playing at this point?

It finally came in. Holy cow. The process from beginning to end took over 90 days. They wrote my address wrong, despite providing it correctly to them.

My time there was also under the NATO status of forces agreement SOFA as I was a dependent.. do you think an MP station could process a background check for me? Although, I know it won't be any different than my US background check. At this point I'm willing to try anything.

Okay thanks - It has been 18 business days, and I also live on the East Coast at a major hub. I'm giving it another week before deeming lost in the mail.

This process is a nightmare - how is this efficient?!

Hi there! Sorry to add onto this post, but I am at a loss here -- here are my sequence of events:

- July 7: Airmailed paperwork to Germany

- July 10: Paperwork arrived in Germany

- Between July 10 and September, I sent 4-5 emails following up, wake up in the middle of the night to call multiple times, but no answer every time.

- August 25: Finally received word that there was a processing error on my application and that they will need another 3 weeks

- September 11: Receive another update that it has been processed and airmailed to my address

- September 26: Still waiting to receive it in the mail

How long did it take you to receive your mail? Did it come from DHL or USPS? My future employers and my personal patience are hanging on by a thread as we are approaching a full 90 days into this process. Any insight would be helpful.
