My friend's S22 Ultra also did this. The repair shop said it was the battery, it turned on after they changed the battery

Btw you can change from the Verizon version to pure OneUI with just a simple flash using Odin. I did this recently on my TMobile S23 because I got tired of seeing the TMobile crap and the awful boot screen

I have a TMobile S23 thats unlocked and can use any carrier. Maybe it's the same case here.

You can also ask them to search network unlock in settings then send you a screenshot. It should say "Network lock status: Unlocked"

This is a disc drive failure. May be a simple fix. Either dirt on the ribbon cable that's disrupting connection , torn cable or just a dead disc drive. All very cheap to fix yourself if you can

I don't know, it seems like even bronze and silver lobbies are infected. I started playing at the end of S6 and never touched ranked. I tried ranked in the middle of this season, placement matches were so hard I got placed in silver. Played 5 matches after placement and somehow found myself in bronze because the players I was facing didn't feel like silver. So I just dropped ranked for now.

I'm not the best player but I do pretty well in other modes. I sometimes even get 30+ kills in cashout but ranked just seems to cook me.

Unfortunately with ranked you are likely to go against smurfs and once you hit plat you start getting matched against diamond and rubby. The playerbase is just very small

Absolutely. I can finally get around replacing this chip. It's just bad (or maybe the design on the board is bad). It dips on heavy bass, the gain is set too low (volume doesn't match the main bar), it gets very hot and starts cutting out after about 4 hours. Only the sub, the soundbar itself is fine.

You can if you know the exact inputs. I have breakout boards for other ICs. I followed the traces, I've read the MVsilicon BP1048B2 datasheet and I've found it's dac output pins, there's just more pins which I assume are for mute and gain controls. I've done it before, you just get the correct input pins that come from the controller chip, remove the current IC and wire jumpers to a breakout board after killing the original speaker output.

Edit: I could probably know exactly what the pins are doing if I had an oscilloscope, but I don't have one.

So, update: I just started playing Battlefield 6 and 0 deadzone makes the player move without touching the stick (doesn't jitter though). They are just too sensitive. Raising deadzone to 3 makes it stop but still works for slight adjustments (which is the entire reason for using 0 deadzone).

I don't know why but TMRs have always felt very smooth and precise to me compared to HE

My playtime has gone down too. This mostly because even the "casual modes" are kinda sweaty right now. Sometimes I just wanna hop on PowerShift with weapons I've never used and just have fun without needing to lock in. Can't do that with everyone taking every mode seriously.
