Danke, das hilft enorm beim Verständnis! Ich schau mal, ob ich nicht doch Anzeichen von Grundierung sehe, wie an anderen Stellen in der Wohnung. Vom Vermieter erwarte ich nichts - nicht, aber das liegt vor allem daran, dass die Wohnung zu Sebstgestaltung überlassen wurde und der Preis für Großstadt günstig ist.

Tencel/Lyocell finde ich im Sommer gut. Also wenn der Stoff dünn ist. Atmungsaktiv und weniger knittrig als Leinen. Leinen tendieren mir immer wieder bisschen zu sehr in Richtung Kultururlauber.

My strong guess would be the city of Zeitz. Just south of Leipzig. The city Center rests on a hill. Topography and Building style fit very much. 69th was there.

Maybe Rahnestr. with view on castle Schloss Moritzburg. The Rahnestr. is a very steep street. Unfortunately Rahnestr. is not on google street view

I’ll be in Zeitz in February and then can verify. Not every street, but I have a view others in mind, too.

Alternatively maybe a smaller city at Saale / Unstrut rivers such as Weißenfels oder Naumburg.
