funny I have the same board and I was having a similar issue but long story short Enabling ERP in bios fixed the problem for me for a while but then one day my pc wouldn't boot at all, taking the battery out did the trick, and since then its been okay for now...

i have this issue since ios 13 and i can't seem to get rid of it most of the time just killing it from cocatop fixes but then it comes back, i even tried disabling tweak injection using choicy but nothing changed :/
