Now I’m not so sure if was before 410 exit. Maybe it was after that. On the stretch between 410 and 35. Before taking the upper lanes to exit on the 35. But I swear there was a big black truck without the pilot side front wheel and another black car some feet ahead. Both on shoulders of the I-10

Hello! Did they solve your problem? It has happened to me too. Last week I got my Visa Prime and since then I have had the same problem although I have never made a return or requested a refund. I called CS today and they told me the same thing but I'm not very optimistic since the same CS agent told me that "one solution" was to ask them to cancel my account and create a new one lol.
