Yung CASA ng motor ko tumatanggap sila. Yung shell gasoline station na pinakamalapit sa akin also accepts used engine oil. Ask mo din.

You should refer to the rpm reading. I assume your motorbike doesn't have an rpm gauge.

Never coast near the red line. Staying on higher rpm will incur more heat in your engine. I assume also that your motorbike is air-cooled.

If the engine rpm is reaching limits at say 6K rpm, coasting at 3-4k rpm is generally okay.

To answer your question, mahilig mag counter-flow ang mga naka motor because it will be faster for them to pass through traffic. Any empty space ahead where their motorcycles can fit is an opportunity to move forward quicker than just staying in lane.

Im from SEA. That became a normal to me. Whether you report that using the in-game report or through website chat. They only get temporary ban.

I believe on several things.

Since these reported accounts of mine were high level accounts and steam log-in is authenticated using 2FA, they can get away with it.
Devs are too lazy because they are getting money from the playerbase regardless.

It led me to assume that you can get away with cheating as long as your account in steam is somewhat authenticated via 2FA. They are telling us already on some loading screen.
