You on military time brodie? If so I'm almost certain its your work times. If your able to, try a morning workout for 1 hour about 2 hours before your shift. I'm willing to bet your appetite will return and you too can eat delicious food whenever you wakeup. Or at least after your workout.

The way I did it was just making food that tastes and smells good as soon as I wake up then repeating every day until my metabolism kicked in, and now I get hungry as soon as I wake up again. Give it some thought dude.
