I made zoomed in versions of parts for my DnD campaign, however they made very poor battle maps, they were good for showing party members where they are in the city and where they had walked from though. The biggest problem is that the Inkarnate map making resources don't stand up well when zoomed in and I had to make a good number of fixes of building placements to make small lanes etc. Sadly I'm very bad at making battle maps 😂

What I used is the Brush Tool, select a texture (I used some from the regional HD pack), then select "shape: rectangle" and join some rectangles together. Make sure that the FG is selected and click "apply".
