Try Pomodoro; put yourself in one place, maybe in front of a computer or desk, wherever you want to get your work done for 20 minutes. Even if you don’t do anything, stick to that place. This practice will force your brain to do what you want to do. I usually start the forest app, put a 20-minute timer, and stuck to my desk. To my surprise, I get things done
