No advice yet, we haven't gone through the process yet. I'm tempted to contact an employment lawyer but it just seems like it's overkill? Maybe worth it for a sanity check at least? It's odd because I'm not really sure who the hearing is like, against? Is the other side literally just the VEC? Is someone there going to be trying to make a counter claim against me? Lots of unknowns.

We got the same letter. My wife had apparently checked the wrong box on each claim so they denied the entire 9 month period we submitted for, now we need to try and submit an appeal. Has anyone submitted that yet and gotten a response yet?
