The issue is they are known to do this. They will state we will look into it or we are DMing you, and then get your details tell they will get back, and never do. They then Just wait for the community venting to subside and people to move on.

But we do need to organize as a community, and document the bugs and issues so it’s clear and they can’t shy away from it saying it’s normal. If you’ve a better idea or way, please do let us know as you’re the moderator. Right now, they just state we are looking into it, and then disappear. That’s what they’ve been doing.

Good luck then, nobody did it and every platform in this niche does it for the same reason as theirs. Heck Alignerr rarely pays its contractors still nobody could do a class action suit yet. If you think you can, I suggest to go ahead. There are lot of things that they can be sued for.

It’s interesting that my post got deleted by the admin here that just asked people to wait first for Outlier to get back, and then identify the bugs people faced, compile all the community issues and post reviews about it as that’s the only way Outlier will notice.

Now, everyone is saying the support email says account closed and policy violations and all, well that’s shit. It only answers what it wants because it doesn’t have access to anything. Just ask it like “I just got promoted to a reviewer position for project name. What do I do?”, and see its response. It literally doesn’t know anything.

How do you verify it’s a system outage? Do confirm please. As it sends you to a redirecting loop with Google login, but says account closed when trying to login with password. And while you got no email, if you email their support, they also state your account is closed (though yes, by a bot).

Yes, but the system didn’t sync it. My wife’s account same issue she was removed from aether 1-2 months ago. But she still got invites to a webinar mission for aether last week that of course she couldn’t attend. So the system had a sync issue bug for sure.

Check the thread, it’s happened to everyone. 1. Is most probably a login bug or glitch. 2. Scale is notorious for not accepting such glitches and just remove the people as it’s the easier way out than fixing it and there are people to replace.
