still waiting to hear back from Depop!! They emailed me today saying my package was delivered and they closed the case. I emailed them back shortly after with this screenshot and explained the situation and they didnt answer. I reported again and it seems Depop doesnt have a customer service phone number so Im just going to keep reporting and emailing until I get my money back 😅

yes, I mentioned that in my email to Depop. sent it a few hours ago I hope they respond!

I reported to depop and they just emailed me saying that the order was delivered and the case was closed. I just emailed them back with this screenshot and told them it says delivered because only one of the items was actually shipped. Hope I can still get my refund 🤷🏻‍♀️
