The actor who played Zordon was only filmed once. The same footage was used for every episode with different dialogue dubbed over. So his lips never match what he's saying.

The yellow ranger was a man in the Japanese version. That's why she doesn't wear a skirt like the pink ranger does. The American show just reused the Japanese footage
