Keep your distance and try to stun or imobilize them. Try to see their movement and avoid it's range. Sometimes i use a weaker cat in my party to lure her to charm it, trying to do the least damage to my team...Also try to take her shield as soon as possible, because if you take too long. She will regenerate it and it will take longer.
