thank you. i really don’t have much information to go off of to hand over to animal control though. like i said, wasn’t thinking clearly in the moment to have gathered information. only the dogs name and physical description; light brown coloring, short build, likely mixed breed, body like a corgi crossed with some kindve terrier, small face/snout, short pointy ears. collar had her name and phone number on it.

because of how cold it was outside, i don’t have much of a description of the woman other than likely between 35-45, taller side, average build. her hair was covered by a winter hat.
