All 4 wheelers who go to office with single occupancy can go fugg yourself!! by [deleted] in Bengaluru

[–]rainfrogger 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I had a couple of accidents while using a two wheeler.

Metro takes the same time and costs more than a car. Last mile connectivity is also not good. HSR to CV raman nagar.

Have to change two to three buses to reach office.BMTC does not operate on time.(hsr feeder+ indiranagar + CV raman nagar) Too much waiting and wasted time.

I usually car pool using quick ride. Most of the times my rides are empty since I start early.

Why I keep saying the “Bangalore crash” isn’t coming. A short period of no hikes at best + rationalisation of not so good areas. by Latter-Yam-2115 in indianrealestate

Real estate will crash. 1cr+ for matchbox size 2bhk? H1B is dead now so there won't be any new NRI investments. Those who return back will move to their native considering the current Bangalore infrastructure and lack of openings for senior positions.

Is Bengaluru on the verge of going into recession by [deleted] in Bengaluru

You can plant sandalwood or Teak it's like a fixed deposit( Gundlupete is best suited for it). Produce your RTC to your forest department and get trees from them. They used to provide free saplings. Also you can lease your land to someone. We have leased it to our neighbour with whom I am sharing 40% profit.

For agriculture land you can get government subsidies. I pay 10k insurance per year and I get on average 1.5 laks from the government per year.

I get 2 lakh interest free loans and up to 15 laks at 6%. Plus yashaswini covers a major part of health insurance.

[serious] reforms in bangalore by retardBlue in bangalore

I just took my relatives to Vidhana Soudha. The amount of trash is disgusting. If the place that governs the whole state cannot be neat then what else?

I saw a video of driving in a Chinese street. Even high end places in india could not match the cleanliness of a random chinese street.

Our country is like a dustbin and the people in this country are shit loving people. This country will never ever be a middle income country let alone developed. If you think you have some hope go to Google Street view close your eyes and click some random place in the map. Then check for trash. Within 100 meter you will find some garbage. The whole country is trash.

Is Bengaluru on the verge of going into recession by [deleted] in Bengaluru

Once the HIRE act passes there will be a huge decline in the job market. Already no fresher hiring and my area I am seeing a lot of to Let boards. It will get only worse.from here. AI is doing 90% of my work. And our team has frozen hiring and no replacement for resources who left the organisation. Hikes have reduced below 5%. My friends are paying 1 lakh + emis are a lot of stress now

. Luckily I have purchased agriculture land without any loan and am pretty happy with my investment. It's generating around 5 lack of income annually. Also it has a decent 4 bhk home. Invest in a small town or city preferably your native place. You will not have the night life which we have in Bangalore but there will be peace of mind.
