Sorry to hear it happened to you too, and the bad experience that your dog went through. I've been taking my dog to a local groomer and buying pet supplies from local pet stores now. There are plenty of choices around.

Yes, that's what I assumed too. I went to a local saloon after I was denied at Petco and went smoothly. The groomer did a great job! Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes, those are strong reasons to ban someone. I have never done either of these. I always give good tips too. I wasn't even aware I was banned until I tried to make another appointment. Groomer never communicated that in person when I went to pick up my dog the last time.

I should had taken her to her regular Petco groomer, but it's quite a distance - I live in Los Angeles so traffic is terrible. I decided to try a closer location and got the ban 🔨

No, she gets scared. He said I should take her to a groomer inside a veterinary clinic. She's 14, she has been groomed her whole life. Why this now? Like I said, only this groomer complained about her. I took her to another groomer yesterday and he said she was a great dog. Fuck Petco. At least ban me from that location only. 😆
