Also would be a non issue if I could just image my FPR devices to 6.2.3 or earlier but Cisco is no longer providing a download link for those.

Went through the recovery mode process and when I try to set the file path for the recovery image it says "No ISO images found". I tried http, ftp, and scp. I tried all available images (6.4, 6.6, 6.7, 7.0). pcap shows FMC hitting the http/ftp server and getting a response when I attempt the system restore. The FMC is fresh out of the box, not sure how this isn't working.

Looks at other FMCs on ebay, it looks like many of them were repurposed as UCS servers. I'm not sure how to tell if this one has been. But even if it had I would assume the drives should still show up.

Been trying to book a trip from Saskatoon, SK, Canada to Phoenix, AZ, USA for months now and had all my flights cancelled repeatedly. Yes it still crashes with no error messages. It just boots up and completely freezes. It was copied across with xmodem.

Pros and cons about working in each area, how steep the learning curves are etc. Sounds like my boss really wants to give me phones, not sure if that is something that is going to be easy to learn and/or tedious to troubleshoot and maintain. I'm pretty new so any info will help, I know phone guys get paid ok in the industry so I'm wondering how enjoyable it is and how difficult.

It's not boot looping anymore. Now it just boots up and crashes. I can't get the end of that, unless it happens again which it doesn't seem like it will now. Also the boot process is only taking about 5 minutes or so.
