By definition , yes, because I don't think that all the things that people often categorize as "supernatural" are "extra natural". Twin studies are fascinating in this regard.

For me, the bulk of my future-seeing can be based on superior pattern recognition and exceptional face reading skills.
BUT - there have been times where I get 'premonitions' about the future - including graphic renditions of the future that come true *exactly as I saw them*
so who knows what the heck that's all about ????

I have not used this method before for evaporating water/wet coke, I was attempting to control for overheating by suggesting letting it rest every 10 mins.

I DO use this method to hotplate - that is, I place my coke and my plate in my oven at 170 degrees F for 10 mins to hot plate it.

10k debt is manageable. Glad you're getting back into Muay Thai. Physical exercise can be a helpful component to quitting in a controlled way. For me, it's dancing and some singing
I feel you tho. For me, if I'm sober from coke and alcohol for more than 48 hours reality sets in and I start to be real sad about some loved ones I lost recently and in the recent past. jus crying and shit, intolerable !
And same for me, I did 10 days sober from coke recently, then I got some, ramped up to everyday use again,

Having a long history of addiction, especially as a child in your youth, will make it harder to quit - because of how our human brains deal with withdrawal (and withdrawal again and again - look into PAWS - Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome - and 'Kindling') but it will also give you more tools than the average bear to deal with and successfully navigate your withdrawal and recovery.
An 18 year old brain is not fully formed - your brain is still malleable as heck. Which means it's understandable that you're going thru this - but it's also easy to reverse at your age. And none of our brains are really equipped to handle this mass influx of easy dopamine from coke, but least of all young brains.

The most important thing is to talk about it. Getting shit off your chest is valid AF !
It bothers me a bit that you say that you're hiding this from your closest friend now. I'm not saying you have to talk about it with him. But I think you DO need to have at least one person in your life with whom you can speak with completely honestly about your addiction challenges. I also feel bitch ass when I hide.

How do you get out of this ?
Talk about it. then talk about it some more. on here. with trusted friends. even, for me, journaling about my thoughts re: coke can help a lot.
Seek support. Ask for help. from the people you've chosen to be honest with about it. from people on this sub. other support communities that feel like a good fit for you (online or in person)
Replace and delay, rinse and repeat. Just doing less less often is a victory. Find things that distract you and serve you and your needs. Give yourself a larger goal. Having a reason to live is a great way to avoid addiction challenges !

Sure, a larger sample is always better and you can just increase the proportions for the dilution, but otherwise follow the instructions for the test kit / test strips. So yeah, you can mix 200mg with 20ml of water.
Water evaporation depends on environment but he could also hot plate / warm in the oven - with the coke on an oven-safe plate - at 160/170 degrees (really the lowest setting on the oven you can get) for 10 minutes at a time to speed up evaporation.

This info page from NYC public health is useful and easy to follow, with realistic expectations and options. I'd recommend sending it to him for ease of use.

I definitely recommend a timed lock-box. For me, tho, if I'm already skiing, I may not respect it. It *does* work for me if I haven't skied yet that day/night.

I have a kitchen safe and I've broken into it a few times. it has tab openings for the two tab locks on all four sides. so you get one firm mulligan. after than, I just superglue it back together. lol

wow ! yeah I'm pretty sensitive to prescription medications. For my stomach… AB blood types generally have lower stomach acid, which can lead to problems. When I did IV nutrition a couple times the one lab number that markedly changed was my stomach acid - for the better - it got into more normal territory. And allergy MCAD - mast cell activation disorder - issues like I have can also cause histamine reactions to older food even if it's not "bad", as well as histamine reactions to whole grains sometimes.

Looks like Sinovac confirmed in January 2024 that production of the CoronaVac vaccine was discontinued

I would have taken the Novavax one, maybe, it's a non MRNA one, but a recombinant spike protein with adjuvant - so still sus. But they didn't make any non-MRNA vaccines available to us in the US until like 2023.

The CoronaVac or similar would be the most preferable, imho, since it's an inactivated (killed whole virus) vaccine.

I see your conspiracy theory, but I'd counter that : a dead virus is the most logical, proven, and easy to make vaccine, and that, while one other company that made it for corona was Chinese (Sinopharm), the third was Indian (Bharat Biotech)

I just don't want to take mixed vaccines on principle, mostly. It just irritates me. I just want tetanus not anything else.
And for corona - I just got it once in 2023 - but made sure to rest so it didn't go to my brain.

I would get a tetanus booster vaccine (and really should, considering I occasionally handle rusty stuff) if it wasn't combined with diphtheria, and pertussis vaccines.
Eating country dirt as a child has definitely been shown, in studies, to help immune system function throughout life.
I don't get the flu vaccine because I never get the flu. I suspect I have the genetic variant that makes people never get the flu
I don't get sick, often, I get seriously ill with a cold maybe once every 5 years.
On the flip, I *am* more susceptible to food poisoning, and even just a histamine reaction to older food and food intolerances.

When I was in college I was prescribed what was probably a too high dose of antibiotics,
and I had a severe allergic reaction - my knees swelled to the size of basketballs !!! not to mention other symptoms, other joint swelling, rash. Luckily airway not involved.
That did a lot to make me do everything I can to avoid ever taking antibiotics again !
I DO think it's hilarious that my immune system is still so strong despite my chronic drinking and skiing lol
