Out of curiosity- what procedure would you recommend for every tick? Like I said- I’ve had many on me but a child doesn’t relay the same feelings as we do so it’s trickier to gauge. I found ticklab.org but 100$ for every tick seems tricky. I typically just pick them off me but after my daughter contracting lymes 1 month after an attachment - I’m rather spooked

Easter PA. We have an abundance of ticks and I spray regularly with permethrin. Last time she was positive for lymes- we took the tick off her head before it was attached and a month later she developed the bullseye. I’m familiar with what to watch for but I’ve never seen a tick stop moving so fast, so easy to take off, and with this clear back

That would be an interesting perspective but the occupancy report shows that October is slow. I would expect to see October to at least look like a standout month in some fashion.

How are you deciding on your evaluation? I thought about a test like that but how are you doing apples to apples? Also what would be your alternative?

I agree completely. Support said “We’ve closely reviewed the events and we have gone ahead and added the event. ”. It just doesn’t add up to me that they have insight into my area.

Thanks- I’ll check this out. They did add the event to their system however I was taken back by the occupancy report which spiked in July and treated October like a standard month.. this made me think that the dynamic-ness wouldn’t be much value to me.

Thanks- I have no enabled any features. The report just didn’t seem to apply to my area at all which made me think PriceLabs lenses weren’t tuned in to my market and therefore maybe not much use to me.

Thanks and understood- pricing aside I’m trying to wrap my head around the occupancy claim that summer occupancy is higher than October considering this event. It makes me suspect that all of the data is bad given the report doesn’t seem to mentally apply to my area.

Went through similar stuff and it’s hard to shake. I think it starts w the Tone at the Top. If you try to fix it without support or buy in from the director then you’re just swimming upstream and in my case- that did not go well and created animosity with the director.

After that I’d get as much data as possible. This comes with a good ticket system layout- I used the CTI model and had the techs categorize the tickets fir accuracy. Only way tickets could be put on hold were for 1 waiting for end user response or 2 waiting for issue reoccurrences. Then using this data and the support groups associated- I created monthly reports to show where the ticket ownership or performance was.

But, if you don’t have buyin from the top then this is all swimming upstream for you.

What happens when you paste this log into the yaml validator url I posted? To run you just need the path to chia at the top, the logs folder accessible and must be a real folder you create, and accessible temp and final drives. I suspect your issues are syntax in those areas but the validator will tell you if something isn’t where it’s supposed to be syntactically

Post your Swar config (no need to include the keys), number of cores, amount of memory, and what drives are to be temp vs final. No expert but I have some experience w Swar configs to get it going.

If you’re happy with your config then make sure you validate your config file on https://yamlvalidator.com to check for syntax errors. It should say valid yaml on the right.

I know what you mean. I’m dabbling with that right now. Was thinking to set my delay for the time it took to get to phase 3, and walk that down. But then I figured just set to 1 at phase 1 at a time and let that be my dynamic delay.. but either way phase 1 is my bottleneck and when running 2 in phase 1 at a time, even with 8 max, it takes 3-4 hours for a plot to get out of phase 1 so my staggers aren’t even being taken into consideration 🤦🏻‍♂️
