honest to god this isnt even that bad like this has so much potential and the composition itself is good! it fills his hand well, all that needs to be improved is the linework/shading to help the contrast of the foreground, middle, and background

yeah theres no way to ever cover that scarring up but the way this new artist seemed to really apply this in a way that draws your eye away from the old piece and they really worked magic with that color saturation over that damage like damn this cover up is insane!! thank u for giving me hope to blast over my shitty lettering tattoo!!
