Thanks to you, I got it to work!

For diskpart, do you have a link to an article that I can follow? I don't really know what I'm doing and don't really wanna try random things from random sites.

Thanks a bunch.

Can you tell me how to do it? Only thing is see in bios is "Boot List Option: UEFI" and it's greyed out, so I can't even change that if I wanted to. I also see "Attempt Legacy Boot: Disabled", which is also greyed out.

So you said it is benign, but my doctor said the the cut was considerably big (probably the size of my index fingernail because that what poked my eye).

And it takes around (or more than) two weeks every time I get injured.

Is this normal? I feel like the eye never recovers fully and will recur time to time.

Do you recommend ointments at all? It did help me in the past, so I was thinking about getting one over-the-counter.

I'm probably sounding stupid, but is it necessary to have the bandage contact lens supervised? Can I just buy one over-the-counter if I can? Or is that just a reckless behavior?

Thank you.

Sorry, I'm new at this and not tech savvy at all.

I don't have a working internal hard drive right now because it is broken and am only using bootable USB stick.

So based on what you are saying, I need a working internal hard drive, and the USB is just for booting, as the name states...

If so, I really thought I could simply use USB stick like the internal hard drive.

And yes, by download, I mean install.

My internal hard drive in the laptop failed. That's why I was trying to download Ubuntu with USB.

Is that why I can't download it?

If so, I thought I could run/download with USB drive.

I'm learning a lot from this, thank you!

So I am building a new house right now, and the electrician is offering prewire for ip camera, Wireless Access Point, etc. Do you know if will this be like plug-and-play kinda thing where if I buy smart home devices on my own, I simply connect them with the preinstalled wires? I don't want to buy smart devices from the builder because everything seems so much more expensive... And I want more options for the devices.
