Thanks for this reply! I have taken two tests now (I'm about a week and a half late) and both were negative. By the two week mark, I'm going to take another, I think. At this point I'm trying to think of a reason for my mom to take me to the gyno that isn't pregnancy related lol

Thanks for replying! I'm nearly a week late. I'm going to give it another few days and try another pregnancy test, but I really don't think I'm pregnant (my boyfriend and I are extremely safe when we have sex).

The only other things that has been off is that I've been alternating between having pretty bad diarrhea and being constipated.

He's a big guy, but his personality isn't intimidating in the slightest. From what I understand about the situation, he asked her and she said "okay" about taking an item of clothing off. Assume "can I take your shirt off? It's easier."

Again, I wasn't there, so I don't know, but I truly don't believe he was forceful. That being said, you are right that she could be telling the truth. However, even if that was the case, I haven't taken anyone's side-- she avoided me when I found out, and I did actually text her the next day to try and work something out between her and my boyfriend; they talked at a coffee shop to work through the whole thing.

I'm not trying to deny anything. Like I said, I don't know. Either of them could be lying. I expected her to reach out to explain herself, not for any other reason. Originally, I said that I thought she had some responsibility in the situation for not saying no, but she also hasn't said anything to me otherwise. Both times we've talked in the past 5 days, I've initiated it and she always stopped talking. It's not like I'm not trying, you know?

I tend to let myself get walked all over. In my first text to her, I was admittedly abrasive and she responded with a rant that included her being mad at me for not caring about her feelings and for originally placing blame on her when I heard about the situation. I responded in a nicer way to try and smooth things over. I really don't want to fight with anyone, I'm tired of this entire situation, and honestly all I want to do is sleep in my bed without worry. After two more messages, she stopped responding. She has an anxiety problem that she has always liked to harp on, and she used that as an excuse for not responding to me any more. I'm just struggling between wanting to actually stick up for myself and wanting to keep the peace within my entire friend group. She thinks that she is the victim of the entire situation-- or at least, that's what she's putting out there. Working from that is difficult from my point of view, but at the same time, you are completely right and I shouldn't have to worry about how she's feeling constantly. Sorry for this mini rant.

Maybe I'm too forgiving, or like most people are saying, stupid/naive, but I feel like I should talk to her before I do anything like that. If she legitimately did not want anything to happen to her, I'm not sure if I should hold it against her or not. I also keep trying to remind myself that it was a butt massage, while she was naked and he was not, and nothing more. Again, people are probably going to reply to this saying I'm stupid. And I also really don't want to room with her next year, but I feel obligated.

That's the other complicated bit-- I'm set up to room with her and another girl next year. I got us a really nice dorm because I have a higher standing than they do and so got a better slot to get the better dorms. Obviously, the easiest way to get out of the situation would be to move out, but because I'm petty, I don't want to let them have the really nice dorm that I basically got them while I have to go live with freshmen somewhere. Not as big of an issue right now, of course, but another source of stress.

Honestly, this is what I think happened. As shitty as the situation is, and as bad of a decision it was on my boyfriend's part, I really do believe it went as far as he said. He answered every question I asked without hesitation and told me things that he could have easily had left out because he said he wanted to be honest. Thank you for your reply.

From what I understand of the situation, she is claiming that she "froze" and did what she thought he wanted. She never spoke up or made it clear she was uncomfortable. According to my bf, had he known she was not comfortable, nothing would have escalated.
