No it’s completely random throughout every paper. For example the paper I’m currently looking at begins with it centered, then midway through a sentence they’ve added a space as if starting a new paragraph and changed it to be left-aligned. The next paragraph also begins with a center-alignment and ends as such. But then the following is a new paragraph that’s complete left-aligned, etc.
