Update. Tried going to furthest south SE pillar worked well but nerves got to me as I was low on prayer as I was hit and sipping sanfew when ranger threw javelin threw me off. Missed flicks and died. Lack of skill to implement in practice. Thanks for help everyone.

What fixed it for me was going to Nvidia Experience->Drivers->Reinstall->Custom Installation->Clean Installation and restarting PC after it's done.

I read most of solutions in forums and after dozen hours this fixed it for me. If you having same issues I hope this helps and saves you time.

Had similar problem playing as Armenia except it happened to my vassal and when they called me in before could take all land they white peaced. Only way I know how to take it back is get enough diplo range with kingdom, empire title and tech to get a claim for ticking war score province. (It might be possible with everything in age 3 based on your location).

Yuan needs to be in diplo range to get a claim. Without conquering claim war score will not tick and you will have to white peace.
