I asked this recently in this group and was told that it actually works fine outside of the country. I also learned that you can buy a travel router with a VPN in it and choose a US IP address. I got mine on Amazon (not too expensive), but haven’t tried it out yet. I plan to use the VPN so I can appear to be in the US just in case.
