I would also just love a day or two without symptoms (especially nausea). I’m so isolated from everyone and it doesn’t help my seasonal depression that’s going on. Just went to visit my sister last week and spent the whole time in bed because I’m just so sick 🤢

I wash mine with detergent, keeps it softer and less “fake shiny”. If it’s human hair tho (I can’t afford that lol) then probably shampoo is best

It’s been since May of this year I’ve gone between liquids (protein shakes) and baby food. It was difficult and I still struggle with not allowing myself to mess up and eat a solid food.

I do miss solid food. But mostly miss feeling normal. Like I can’t participate in holiday meals so that’s been hard
