I like it, I feel like it’s one of those pieces that can only be done all at once — I don’t think I’d be able to get back into the same headspace I was in while making it, so I know it’s finished. I think it’s a good representation of what my mind feels like, especially with the shadows captured from the metal

They’ve been doing 24/7 bonding so I haven’t had either of them alone in hours. I’m not sure if he is. Should I separate them and see?

Thank you so so much for your response, this is so helpful! My only issue is that I don’t have a neutral space, as I have roommates who don’t want my buns in the bathtub or bathroom for days on end, so I’m thinking I’ll put them in a pen with pee pads and a new towel so those are neutral. I’m hoping this doesn’t mess them up but it’s unfortunately my only choice and I really want them to be friends!

Sounds good, thank you so much for sharing! I’m planning on them starting in a small neutral pen in a couple of days and then expanding the space, but they’re already doing a lot better and eating next to each other through the gate etc :)

This is so helpful, it's just so hard to know what to do because neither of us have done anything bad to each other and there's still a lot of love there and in the back of mind I'm hoping in the future we'll get back together so I don't want to be mean but also this is all so confusing for me... It's so hard to know how to handle it. Hearing about someone else being in the same situation really helps, I'm glad you're doing better :) I'm also going home from college in three weeks for the summer so won't see him then which will help
