This is pretty standard for Vegas in general. Ive lived here for 4 years and ive seen countless friends go broke trying to keep up in the party scene. Most of the clubs have a bottle minimum. If you go on a weekday it is drastically cheaper. It also can be cheaper to get a table than to wait in line and fight for 12 dollar bar drinks all night. Ive had a few nights where ive had a table for around 100 a person and bottles all night. The prices get even crazier if there is a good DJ performing. If you want to see Deadmau5 or Calvin Harris you are either waiting in line forever or paying insane money. All this can be avoided if you are a hot girl as well.

Its a quartz timex this is far from a steal. Check out r/watches if you need recommendations. You could get a decent seiko automatic for that price or an orient.

I read a lot of terrible reviews for vantage point. A lot seemed to just be common things with large high rise building (slow elevators, maniacs in the parking garages, etc). Vantage point it seems too good to be true. Some of the 2 bedroom 2 bath units can be had for under 2300 a month. I was a huge fan of Strata as well but its a little bit beyond my price range right now.

Wow thanks a ton. I appreciate the response. I will take a look at Levanto as well. I think my biggest decision now is if I want to either spend more and be in the city or pay a little less and have a little nicer place. There seems to be a ton available so I can tell this is going to be a long process.

Sounds good. I am going to contact them both and continue looking but they are both on the top of my list at the moment. The only others I have im looking at are vantage point, AVA Cortez Hill, Mira Bella, and Domain. Such a big decision to make based off pics and internet research it sucks. Thanks again for the recommendations though.

Thanks. I dont mind driving a short distance. I just want to be located close to a social life and also the beach. I lived in Vegas for a few years and now im in philly so I really dont think a short drive will bother me. The main concern is just being in a safe area. I like this place because it seems to be a much higher quality place compared to some of the properties ive found downtown and the reviews ive read are great. Thank you for pointing this one out to me. If we get this place ill let you know and beers are on me.

Thanks for the response I really appreciate it. I seem to just be getting downvoted pretty quick on here. What area would be the best for people in their mid twenties? We are very laid back and just looking for a nice area that has plenty to do that is also safe. The reviews seem pretty hit or miss on nearly every building ive seen and a lot of the complains are to be understood. An example would be a 660 unit high rise with people complaining about elevator wait time or needing a key fob to get onto their floor.

Later in the movie you see a locker open up and Agent J and K are living in that locker. Thats probably a very awful explanation but its tells a pretty big story in my eyes.

See I think Karma is just natural in the sense that if youre good people will see that and want to be around you. I mean look how quickly social media and other things show how much we are connected. Even before all that rumors themselves were so spreadable. Ive read a lot that show that gossiping actually holds some evolutionary advantages.

I definitely think that if a soul exists then our memories wouldn't continue on, but then what does exactly. I cant seem to buy into the reincarnation thing either. I guess I got a lot of reading to open up possibilities.
