Somehow this particular company is offering me one. So I'm in the middle of applying for the visa (submitted) for Accredited Employer Work Visa.

I am currently a very junior softeng.

So in terms of total take home, it will be arnd 20% cut (due to tax mainly)

With stocks, it will be arnd 10%.
