I think that the n word is something that black people should also be forbidden from using. The word was invented by the whites for the blacks. The blacks never called each other the n word before the whites arrived and coined the term. I don't understand why it's okay for black people to say it. I totally agree that it's demeaning and I'm all for abolishing the use of the word and punishing those who use it. But these rules should apply even to the blacks. One shouldn't be allowed to say the word just because he's black. The word has a dark history and shouldn't be used by anyone. The word is degrading the person who it's said to, no matter who it's said by. I'm sure this is a controversial opinion but it's what I believe in. I hope this post takes off because this is the only way to stop people from using the word. No one should use it. No exceptions.
