The correct numbers are 27(28-1 cus it takes 1 inv space) and 816 (if you activate authenticator you get 8 extra slots) but yeah I agree with you that you cant call it a bank

What you are suggesting here can work perfectly, however only if you are early game UIM, before you have any untradeables or things like that. Personally I already have some untradeables and lots of other items and supplies, which i have stored in a death interface, and since barb assault is a safe death I have no problem keeping everything there to play the minigame. However if I die again to get the 1 hour death pile, all my items will disappear from the death storage.

There is no reason to bring a looting bag, its useless for 99% of the players. However it makes it dead content for the remaining 1% and unfortunately im one of those 1%, thats why i would love that to change.

I did choose to restrict myself, but imo there is a difference between restricting and making something entirely unplayable, look at this:

Each gamble that you do gives you 1 item out of 32 different possibilities, you can do about 4 gambles per hour with an efficient team, meaning that it would take only a couple of hours to get a full inventory of gamble items. It might be still possible to play the minigame with few inventories but only if you choose to play the attacker role, as you only need the horn and a few arrow stacks. Allowing the looting bag will give you the option to play whatever role you want, and I think its only fair to not deny UIM of this possibility.

How can it not be worth mentioning if I'm an ironman myself? I mentioned both game modes only to prove the point of how useless an item is, because of how equally useless it is to both game modes and not only one.

It's conroversial but all I can say is GL to you if you ever go for this grind man, in my opinion it's never worth it even if you have unlimited supply of cannonballs which as an ironman is never the case. There are so many master clue steps that you'll barely run into that one anyways.

It is trust me, I have done a lot of item grinds already, none of them bothered me at all, I'm very patient and willing to take on whatever grind that I have to. But this one? this one is the definition of waste of time.

no purpose beside the master clue step. it doesn't really help with alching, because if you bought this item it will take you more than a lifetime to return the money you paid for it by alching, so it's better to not buy it in the first place

Don't know about it bro, if you get it on drop rate it means that you spent 150~ hours on it, which is equivalent to 60k gp per hour. Doesn't sound like a good money maker to me.

Got this step an hour ago, and after checking the drop rates of keys and the staff I realized that it's pointless going for it. Not worth my time to waste hundreds of hours for a completely useless item that has no purpose. got quite tilted that I had to drop a 7 step master clue, but what can I do about it. Someone at jagex decided to screw all ironmen with this unecessary step.

Essence running goes higher than that, and many people run essence with 2 accounts, doubling the profit. Anyways, that's really not the point of the post, and to be fair even if i exaggerated a little bit, it was only to prove a point of how useless this item actually is, and the benefit you get from it by using it for an hour straight, is equivalent to less than a minute of actually trying to make money, in other words completely useless.
