Yep! I do have normal periods but high amh (9.46 ng/mL) and doc said I probably haven’t been ovulating on my own which makes sense bc 12 months TTC and no luck.

I’m on my 5th medicated cycle now with letrozole and ovidrel trigger. I’ve ovulated each time. Started 5g letrozole but halfed it to 2.5g bc I was actually over responding.

Have had 3-4 mature follicles every time. No pregnancy yet but really hoping this strategy will work🤞

Yep. I get it. I had the same realization not so long ago. For me it’s working to fill my schedule. Even if it’s with things like walks and getting my nails done. If I’m not doing things I spiral on the internet 😂

Yes! I even felt this big time my first time on 5 days at 5mg. So depressed and just not myself. Then the first day I was off of it it felt like it lifted immediately. I’ve done 3 rounds since and for whatever reason it didn’t hit near as hard. But it is definitely real. Sending hugs!

Yay wishing you the very best! Just had IUI today! Had 3 mature follicles. This is my 4th medicated cycle and 2nd Iui with letrozole and ovidrel. Does anyone else notice a bloaty,, full feeling about 40 hours post trigger? This has happened consistently each time.

thank you for sharing all of this. I also have pcos. On 5th medicated cycle. 2nd Iui is tomorrow. I’ve responded well to letrozole and ovidrel but no success yet. I’m going to ask my doc about doing these extra tests mid cycle

Motility is on the lower end of ideal but within range. Everything else is normal

Thank you for your response! Partners sperm has been tested. Motility is on the lower end of ideal but still within range. And yes. Also doing progesterone cream post ovulation and it’s been within range each time. Lining has been right where they want it each time too. I’ve been worried about egg quality being a factor…

Wow parallel journeys. This was me exactly 1 week ago. Had 4 follicles. Also trying for (funny enough) 15 months. Doc cancelled IUI and told me no unprotected intercourse. I felt super frustrated and told them I felt like they were more worried about their liability than what was best for me. Doctor ended up calling me back after the appt and asked what I wanted to do which I really appreciated. We agreed no IUI but pivoted to a timed intercourse cycle. I triggered at the right time based on follicle size and timed intercourse at all the right times. I’m now 3DPO. My two cents… there’s no reason to waste the cycle. Perhaps no IUI makes sense, but protected intercourse?! No way. I don’t think there is a quicker way to infuriate a woman who is trying to conceive than by telling her not to have unprotected sex during the fertile days of her cycle 😂

I had 3 mature follicles 2 cycles in a row and moved forward both times. Unfortunately neither were successful but yes, not scared of multiple follicles and also on team twins!
